Snow Daze

It's pitifully sad but true - this is what constitutes a "snow storm" where we live. Schools were all cancelled, businesses closed and people (like my hubby) called out of work to play. Go ahead - make fun of us - I know you can still see the grass through the snow, I KNOW THIS!!!! But this is likely to be the only snowfall we see this winter, so we took full advantage of the situation. Judging by the look on Odin's face as he rode a sled for the first time, it may as well have been 3 feet. He was lovin' it!

(Oh, and Odin doesn't have unusually large hands, he's just wearing gloves that are way too big. Turns out I sort of forgot to get him any gloves so he's wearing some of mine. Don't worry, hubby made an impromptu trip to the corner store and now Odin is fully equipped with adorable mittens just his own size.)

i totally love it when you have new posts! our "big" snow here was the same as yours. i was really disappointed...last year i called in to work, then went sledding. we had a ton of snow. i really want to do that again...

and, as always, Odin is a cutie pie! i love his sweet smile!

Less snow means less mush and slush when it all melts. It looks like Odin still had a blast.

So cute! I don't miss UT snow, but most people love it - you should take him out for some serious snow fun when he is a bit older. We took Trev tubing there when he was about 3 out there and he had a BLAST!!

Wish we could play with you all in the snow!

Yes - you guys, as Brooke said, you need to come to Utah to play in the snow. It looks like he was having a blast. Gerald gets to play in the snow with his 4-wheeler and plow. Take care
